L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme Eau de Toilette
by Kevin Lucbert
A SUMMER GETAWAY
This Summer, let L’Eau d’Issey take you on a journey through the Mediterranean memories of the 3 perfumers who cocreated this limited edition.
First stop of this journey, Algiers and its busy pine- and jasmine-lined streets where perfumer Dora Baghriche spent her childhood. Daphné Bugey then takes us to Italy where a citrusy breeze blows gently through aromatic basil eucalyptus plants and cedar forests. Finally, Marie Salamagne brings us to the Portuguese coastal region of Alentejo where the salty breeze from the Atlantic Ocean meets the warmth of the Cypress trees.
These three olfactory memories produce a woody aromatic fragrance, exalting the Mediterranean citrus and the Atlantic salted freshness.
To illustrate these fragranced emotions, Kevin Lucbert, a young French artist, came up with a brand new typography for L’Eau d’Issey pour Homme drawn onto an imaginary map symbolising these fragranced stopovers. Using his favourite tool, a ballpoint pen, he proposes a subtle, colourful design on the box, a mix of herbs and aquatic hues.
A FRAGRANCE EXALTING
THE MEDITERRANEAN CITRUS AND
THE ATLANTIC SALTED FRESHNESS
L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme by Kevin Lucbert is a solar woody aromatic Eau de Toilette for men. The scent is infused with the brightness of bergamot essence, sparkling citrus and an aquatic accord, an iconic Miyake signature which brings a unique freshness. Finally, basil and cypress add an aromatic facet to the fragrance.
