4.Who are we and with whom do we share your information?
We are part of Shiseido Group and joint efforts with other Shiseido entities in order to serve you best, each of the Shiseido entities involved being in charge of a specific part of the service provided to you. We also use third parties who act on behalf of and under the instructions of the Shiseido entities as described below. SHISEIDO GROUP EMEA is in charge of leading the general regional CRM management for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). SAC is in charge of defining and administering of Shiseido Group’s CRM IT system.

The local Shiseido Affiliate within EMEA is in charge of sending messages to you and within the scope of its territory of activities.
